Knowledge sharing programme
The Gold Award scheme aims firstly to recognised excellent practice within the social
housing sector and secondly to encourage the sharing of such practice with other housing associations.
It is this knowledge sharing programme that makes the Gold Award scheme unique and rewarding for all winners.
Those housing associations that actively share knowledge find the outcomes rewarding and beneficial for the organisation as a whole as well as their residents.
Should your housing association wish to be involved in Gold Award winners' knowledge sharing programmes, there are three key ways in which to begin the change process:
1. Attend events such as conferences, winners’ open days, site visits and seminars
2. Make use of resources that are available on this website.
3. Register your interest in receiving direct support from winners.
